The V808 is able to automatically mark all four sides. It can also reach the bottom of the material. This saves time and money in your workshop. Assembly employees will still need to measure the fourth side of a profile even though they have only marked three sides. Voortman V808 is able to handle all four sides, which will reduce time and cost in your workshop's assembly area.

These include hardness, surface, beam flange hole quality, bolt holes sizing, positioning, perpendicularity, and bolt hole spacing. These assemblies often have to fit together irregular-shaped parts and angles such as handrails and car bumpers or racecar roll cages. Coping allows all parts to fit into their respective settings, regardless of size or shape.

All types of shapes and layout markings on all four sides can be done by the V808 robotic profile processor. It is capable of producing profiles up to 1.250mm (50") wide. Our Voortman V807 robot can handle profiles up to 1.050mm (42") if this width is not required. The V808 can thermally process rat holes, slotted web and "dogbone" cuts, copes at the beginning or end of products, block outs, holes of all sizes and shapes, weld preparations, marking on all four sides, and many other types of cuts.

Voortman optimized Hypertherm(r), True Hole (tm) for V808 movements to achieve this standard. Xtensive Hole performance is used on small to medium slot holes and square inner contours.
